The mattress was protected by a plastic cover which make Pelops sweat. The window handle was broken and I could not close the window and of course the noise was terrible. The staff was very nice and the property was clean, but need mora details in order to meme the place more pleasant.

Front desk tried to charge an extra 30000 when a friend visited me alluding that it was “not that kind of hotel”. I had to let her know I was “ not that kind of person” Also for whatever reason my door was opened by staff around midnight on one occasion

Not impressed.
Before we booked it says that there is self-service laundry. There isn’t. And it’s expensive to do it through the hotel. Extremely disappointing. It was the only reason we booked the hotel! Also, it says that all staff are bilingual. Not one of them speaks English which made it extremely difficult to ask anything. Wouldn’t stay again

This hotel is clean, the room was spacious, and the staff is very friendly; however, the location is horrible! It is not in a safe neighborhood. There are no places to eat or hang out at night that are close and safe enough to go walking, so you must take a Taxi or Uber to go anywhere after 6pm. The hotel is right in front of a highway, so there is noise almost all throughout the night, and underneath the highway (across from the hotel entrance) there is a community of homeless people.

Located in very bad location, a lot of drug floating around. Endless homeless people for as far as the eye can see. Hotel was very small, no safe and no air conditioning.

Downtown area with homeless people hanging around the corner. Not the safest area at night. Staff can not speak English so it may be difficult for those who cannot speak Spanish. Breakfast was below par. Room was spacious and had hot water. Laundry service was ridiculously priced too high.

Hotel Kapital should be called Hotel Industrial
I want to leave this review for American tourists who are planning a safe and secure location for travel, this hotel is not for you. First of all, the hotel is located in industrial part of the downtown area meaning there are nothing but factories around the hotel. It is the equivalent of staying in downtown Los Angeles in the skid Row area. There are people sorting through trash and homeless people directly in front of the hotel. Everything closes early and after 6pm nothing is open around this location. The receptionist at the hotel are lovely and the housekeepers there are wonderful but other than that, the amenities and services that this hotel offers are horrible. There are arrogant, pushy Hustler type waiters that are quick to sell you everything under the sun. Although they do offer a complementary breakfast, the waiters push the most that they can to squeeze the most out of you. Beware because outside of the hotel there are nothing but people that look like they came out of The Walking Dead series, homeless druggies everywhere. Pictures Are worth 1000 words And I did snap a few pics for your review. The odors that are around this place are horrific. Your safety is at jeopardy at this hotel.

Economical City Exposure
This is a good property by any standard. Compared to the budget hains I have seen, this hotel is a tremendous value. It is located in an industrial area and on a major traffic route, but the security is good and the staff take pride in the work they do. It is a true downtown hotel, lots of traffic noise, but if your experience is like mine, you will be happy you stayed here.
