I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and this place was amazing... The staff was so polite and helpful Juan and the staff deserve 10stars. The rooms are super nice and up to date. The hot water is omggg so good . I highly recommend this property and there is a luncheonera up the street the food is excellent.

The location and staff were great. Juan and the other young man at the front desk were kind, friendly, and responsive. I would recommend to others wanting to stay in the Laureles area in Medellin.

It was not a memorable stay to say the least. The property is in a very noisy area. The rooms are basic and the showers are designed in a way that the bathroom gets flooded. There are no amenities in the Hotel, and the rooms don't have any complimentary water bottle available. Last but not least the individual air conditioning unit makes it difficult to achieve a normal temperature: you either freeze or turn it off and sweat all night. Whomever designed and planned this small Hotel had no experience in Hospitality.
