Fully furnished private home on the Knoll. Available for Vacationers, Professionals, or Short-Term Stay.

Nicely landscaped fenced back yard and patio, carport and 1 car garage available parking for at least 2 cars.

Centrally located for local events and venues in the Rogue Valley which includes cities of Medford, Central Point, Ashland, Jacksonville, Talent/Phoenix and Grants Pass. Venues and Events like: Ashland’s Shakespeare Festival, Jacksonville’s Britt Festival, Central Point Expo (Has Fairs & Music Concerts, Car Shows, Beer & Wine Fests, Home Shows, RV Shows, you name it it’s probably there).

For the outdoor enthusiasts......Rogue River for the best fishing, rafting and Kayaking. Mt. Ashland for Skiing & Snowboarding (when the snow comes), trail bike riding or running. A bundle of lakes available for the water activities, Lost Creek Lake, Emigrant Lake, Lake of the Woods, Diamond Lake, and Crater Lake National Park.

Sport Events......Our local College SOU Raiders Football, The Medford Rogues for Baseball, Ducks in Eugene and Beavers in Corvallis, plus any local high school sports or Club Sports.

We are 7 hours to San Francisco, 5 Hours to Portland, about 5 hours to Reno, 3 Hours to Eugene and 2.5 Hours from the Picturesque Oregon Coast.

Super cute, stay here not a hotel
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this adorable duplex. The property manager is very attentive to detail with all the amenities, yummy snacks and adorable decor. This property is at a great location in Medford, too. I look forward to staying here again, even though I have family who live 30 minutes away, it will feel like a staycation. You won’t regret staying here!

Very comfortable stay in Medford
My brother and I were in town for an axe throwing tournament at Cascadia Axe Co. in Medford and stayed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and Kathie was an excellent host. There were snacks and refreshments left out for us upon arrival and she even stopped down to watch some of the tournament. Would stay here again for sure!

Our experience exceeded expectations! We arrived to a warm, inviting atmosphere both in terms of furnishings/decor and the extra touches from the host (fresh fruit & snacks). The Best Host and Comfortable Stay
We've stayed at this property at least one time per year for several years now. This trip we had some unforeseen circumstances happen that left us needing more time in the valley than we had anticipated. Kathie went so far above and beyond to help my family and accommodate our needs, she is truly the most amazing person. I also appreciate that we always know the house will be clean, there will be something special welcoming us when we arrive, and the space will be comfortable; like our home away from home.

Kathie truly thinks of everything. The place had such nice decor it helped feel right at home. It was stocked with everything we could think of and then some. The location was great. Close to everything you could need shopping wise, but easy to get to other places to explore like Ashland and Jacksonville. Awesome Property
Oh my gosh!!!! We had such an amazing time in Medford and we are so pleased that we found this amazing place to stay at! It was a perfect homey place to unwind and relax.
