Amazing Building but in need of a bit of TLC
Amazing building, great service, but the rooms need bringing into the 21st century. Very dated, however exceptionally clean and we slept well and enjoyed a decent breakfast in the morning.

Le cadre est magnifique, mais chambre était bruyante, la SDB extrêmement rustique et l'accueil pour des touristes voyageant avec chien tout simplement pas pratique. Il aurait fallu qu'on laisse le chien seul dans la chambre pour pouvoir diner. Résultat : nous avons fini notre picknick du midi sur notre lit (même pas une table ou un bureau dans une chambre qui était spacieuse); alors qu'on se réjouissait de se relaxer en dinant avec une bonne bouteille de vin espagnol. Dommage surtout pour l'hôtel qui se sera passé de ce revenu car c'était probablement le seul atout de cet hotel.

nuestra experiencia de la habitacion ha sido mala,el agua de la ducha se salia a la habitacon,el aire acondicionado no funcionaba habian puesto un ventilador que para enchufarlo havia que desenchufar la television,y con estos calores no es normal que no haya un frigorifico para tener agua fresca .Es una pena con el sitio tan bonito que es.

MUY DECEPCIONANTE!! Nada recomendable
Las imágenes de las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Lo que por fuera se ve un edificio muy bonito, por dentro...las habitaciones son pequeñas, viejas y sucias. Ni un motel de carretera las tiene así. Después de cambiar 3 veces de habitación...a cual peor..nos ubican en una que dicen tiene la cama nueva. Sería lo único nuevo porque tanto el armario con todo el cristal roto de arriba a abajo como el servicio que daba asco entrar con la taza del wc con manchas y óxido. Por no haber en la habitación no había ni papelera ni mucho menos mini bar o nevera....no sé de donde se san las 3 estrellas....no llega a 1.El spa no está mal del todo pero le hace falta una renovación. Lo único decente era la cafeteria con la actuación de un cantante bastante bueno la verdad y que fue una grata sorpresa. Nada recomendable este lugar si no tiene una reforma integral por dentro. UNA GRAN DECEPCIÓN

El edificio es espectacular pero las habitaciones de 1890 ,horribles El balneario,las aguas y los masajes y atencion del personal,de 10 ,pero lo que no es ni comprensible es que despues de un baño fantastico te encuentres con una cama con 8 laminas rotas del somier y un colchon que te destroce el cuerpo La cena estupenda

Hotel mal conservado necesita una reforma
El edificio tiene una presencia inimitable pero el interior del hotel por el contrario está muy mal conservado la relación calidad-precio excesiva el hotel se encuentra muy mal conservado las habitaciones son pequeñas en mobiliario viejo (no antiguo viejo) los servicios muy justitos, la limpieza de las instalaciones deja bastante que desear nosotros pasamos un fin de semana de sábado y domingo saliendo el lunes el domingo solo nos hicieron la cama no cambiaron toallas ni sábanas las cuáles se habían manchado, el desayuno muy mediocre la piscina exterior estaba bastante sucia y con las hamacas y tumbonas muy desordenadas y el balneario necesita un buen repaso hay mugre en las paredes y óxido en todas las zonas metálicas. Es un lugar nada recomendable.

Nos sorprendió mucho el entorno así como el magnífico estado del edificio . Fue como trasladarlos a otra época. Si bien los exteriores están muy cuidados, el interior del edificio necesitaría quizá alguna mejora así como mejorar el estado de algunas instalaciones (zona piscina).

En general el hotel está demasiado deteriorado, los baños son lúgubres, las camas nefastas, los foscuris de las habitaciones no ocupan toda la ventana con lo cual entra luz, el desayuno es un auténtico HORROR, el hotel por fuera la zona de aparcamientos y SPA, está hecha un desastre, me parece que el precio del fin de semana da como para proporcionar al cliente una mejor versión del hotel, deberían plantearse renovar o cuidar sus instalaciones, necesitan seriamente atención

Por fuera es un edificio muy bonito y los exteriores muy agradable. Por dentro está muy viejo y estropeado y en general le hace falta urgentemente una renovación y sobre todo a las habitaciones. Cierto que es un tres estrellas, pero hay tres estrellas que merecen 4 y otros hoteles como este que por muy generoso que seas tiene las tres estrellas peladas. Para colmo hubo un problema con la climatización del balneario y tuvimos que bañarnos en agua bastante fría, lo que no permite relajarse mucho la verdad y los pasillos hasta el balneario congelados, así que poco apropiado para pasearse en albornoz.
