"The location is PERFECT! Just at the entrance of the main medina and a few blocks from Koutoubia Mosque. The hotel is beautiful. All the restaurants are great. The staff is great. Registration not so great... We booked for 10 days to be paid at the end of our stay. After 3 days, we learned we needed to leave early. We gave 7 DAYS notice we were leaving 4 days early and the hotel refused to allow us to cancel those 4 days with the rationale it was high season and they didnt want to make...
