"We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very clean & cozy we were at the top of the house with a small private terrace we loved it. The bathroom was small but worked fine. Breakfast was freshly made every morning The staff was friendly like family. Big Thank you to Mustafa that was a very gracious host that went above and beyond in assisting us through out our vacation. Hotel is well situated everything is right there taxis too if you choose to go farther. "

"We had an issue the first night we were there in that our air conditioner wasn’t cool enough. The next day however Fatiha and Hassan were standouts in customer service. They came to us and got us a new room which was much nicer and coordinated free massages for all of us. Our flight didn’t leave till 6.pm the next day and they let us use an unoccupied room to shower and nap before our flight. Fatiha and Hassan were exceptional in treating us well. " My husband and I stayed at this riad for four days. The caretaker is Ahmed, and he made our trip extra special. The riad itself is extremely clean and a place of great calm. There is a tiny swimming pool right outside our door that is a delightful, refreshing way to end a day in the medina. A lovely breakfast is served every morning, and Ahmed goes out of his way to make sure that all of our needs are met. We felt very cared for, and frankly Ahmed’s care was one of the most special parts...
