"Staff were inattentive. At check in I asked to combine my two reservations and was told someone would get back to me, no one did. At check out, it was a near argument with the staff (who were asleep when I was trying to leave) about them saying I needed to have my room checked before I was “allowed” (in his words) to leave. Other staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful when I tried to communicate over Google translate. My room was not cleaned one of the nights I stayed. I expected more...

"We were extremely unhappy with our stay here. 1. It was cold in the room and we couldn’t use the heater, because it doesn’t work during summer time. Reception doesn’t have clue about it, and they were just telling us turn on AC for heat and wait 10 mins. 2. On the reception in the evening there was a random drunk person from the street. "The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait."

Breakfast served only in room, on a brown table, basic food ordered from pictures. Staff were not very friendly, little smiling, a lot of sighing. Transfer was good, collected punctually early hours of the morning. Situation is good, close to central sights and bus stops. But path is a track with huge puddles to negotiate."
