"The Barahi jungle Lodge is a beautiful place, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of luxury in Chitwan! A few highlights: -Their commitment to sustainability is exceptional. For example, most of the food is grown on site, and they've effectively done away with single use plastic - The service!! This is old school hospitality. "We stayed for 2 nights and welcomed 2020 here and we couldn't have picked a better place to be. Ram was our guide and he also ensured that our stay was comfortable and took care of any requests we had. We were the only guests for the two nights as it is low season during winter time but we cannot recommend a better time to visit Nepal in general. "The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent! "
