"Perfect location near San Marco. Excellent spot to watch the gondoliers, and centrally located. Staff were very helpful. Room was extremely clean and the daily housekeeping was very efficient. Good AC. I was in a small single room and it was on the 4th floor with no elevator for the last two floors but it was just fine for me. Some minor quibbles: not a lot of common space to hang out in, and the breakfast was not the best quality but it was fine."

"Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Both Sinks in the bathroom had missing plugs to stop water draining away. Hot water had to be adjusted. Blind didn’t work in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, bacon generally undercooked and the Parmesan was too smelly and needed a cloche to stop flies. Staff very approachable. Location good and the shuttle fantastic. "

"Had an excellent stay here. I went on their website to book the shuttlebus but no one had emailed me back, so it is best to call the hotel to arrange the shuttlebus. I called 6 hours beforehand since I noticed I haven't received any confirmation and they were still able to arrange to pick me up at the airport. I also loved how the front desk was helpful in providing info about the city. The reason why I rated four stars is that this hotel is still quite old and some of the things in the room...
