"When we booked the reservations, we booked it for a kitchenette. When we got there, they said there were no kitchenette, however, they made sure we got what we wanted. I even called the day. "We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was booked solid, and elevators were running slow, so hotel personnel made sure to escort guests to the service elevator to help speed up wait time.
