"We wanted a convenient base for exploring Menorca and the hotel provided it. Our room was very comfortable and the sea view well worthwhile: it was surprisingly enjoyable watching the harbour traffic come and go. Breakfast was fairly good, though very busy at peak times which led to shortages of cups and cutlery. Also, some food items (e.g. bananas and nuts) only appeared occasionally. "Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the Lago resort! Staff were very friendly and accommodating and location was perfect, many restaurants within walking distance, beautiful views and beach just across the road! "

"A comfortable hotel, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and very near the bus station. The great added bonus was "The Green", an area where you could help yourself to wine, beer and snacks for free whenever you wanted. We didn't need to ask much of the staff, but when we did ask they were very helpful. Nice pool, though small, big enough to do some serious swimming in. I would happily return"

"A bit dated in terms of aesthetic, but lovely atmosphere and spacious room. Close to a small beach with excellent water-side dining options. Seems like fun salsa dancing and bingo events at the hotel. Would recommend!"

"My stay was wonderful at the hotel. The staff was incredible, they are very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. Their facilities are plenty and fun to use. The pool are was splendid. I just have 3 elements that I was not glad with: 1. The water from the bathroom sink is not drinkable as it is chlorinated. 2. The dishes were not properly cleaned, I was always struggling to find a clean dish to eat breakfast or dinner. 3. In my room 531 in the bathroom where the glass is not properly sealed in the corner. Water was always falling down on the edge and was gathering on the floor. "
