"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. "돌로미티 여행이 처음이 었던 저희가 불편하지않게 세심하게 정보를 주었고 중간 중간 애로 사항이 없는지 물어봐 주셨습니다. 무엇보다도 아파트의 경치도 좋고 시설및 부엌용품도 아주 편리했습니다.주인장 데이비드가 제공해 주신 RITTEN 카드로 케이블카 기차 버스 뮤지엄 모두 사용할 수 있어 여유시간에는 볼챠노 시내에 가서 뮤지엄도 관람하고 전통시장도 둘러보고 역사지구의 성당과 광장도 즐겼습니다. 떠날 때는 어머님께서 손수 만드신 살구쨈 그리고 여동생 농장의 알프스 사과도 너무 감사했어요. 정말 맛도 환상입니다. 잊지 못할 숙소며 따뜻한 인정이였어요. 감사합니다."

"Das Ferienhäuschen hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Er hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, denn das Grundstück hatte einen kleinen Garten. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. "We stayed at the Laugen Lodge with Thomas for a week in September, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The all-wooden Lodge is super comfortable, and is located in a large garden with private sauna and natural pool. Thomas was extremely welcoming, and caring. He even gave us some polenta from his own grown corn, milled by himself, with a sumptuous polenta recipe. Wholeheartedly recommended!"

"Schöne Wohnung im 70iger Jahre-Stil, alles vorhanden, in zentraler Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter Patrick war sehr hilfsbereit, Garage für unsere Fahrräder, Parkplatz für unser Auto ist vorhanden. Kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge."

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. Peter who served us twice was fantastic. We ordered ham and cheese toast and beer and it was amazing. He is friendly and helpful. 5 stars go to the cafe for sure. Spa was amazing and choices of saunas and swimming pools and also sauna program by Rita was amazing so 5 stars there. They also have nibbles at the spa which is great. We didn’t try the massage service but prices seemed reasonable. The ski hire and storage were well organized and super convenient so definitely 5 stars. Sheki at ski hire was super knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were also good and comfortable but one issue and that is what super hot. So it gets 4 stars. Room cleaning was prompt and amazing and two issues we had was fixed immediately so 5 stars there. Overall a pleasant hotel which we loved and enjoyed our time"

"We found the location to be ideal and convenient for the Aldstadt. The hotel is superbly placed and in easy reach of the main railway. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful in range and quality with as many double espressos as we could handle! The spa was of excellent quality with great ease of use being on a booking system."

"Our stay was delightful, definitely we would come back again. The hotel is amazing, is clean, the breakfast has a lot of options, and if you are travelling early they will prepare your breakfast for take away. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing to the mountains. Is a hotel perfect for couples, families, solo travelers. Is close to many places of interest like restaurants , the city center, coffee shops, shops, and the cable car. Easy to find from the train station. Looking forward to come again ☺️"
