"Fridge was not very cold and technician said they were all like that. Radiators don't come on until 1800, had to wear a jumper in room during day. No kettle, tea, coffee in room. "The Odyssey Rooms are absolutely superb! A great location by the port and about 3 minute walk from the beach. Everywhere is sparkling clean. We stayed in the double standard and it was a spacious room, plenty of wardrobe space and the TV has Netflix and Prime which was great as we could sign in to our account. It was my husband’s birthday while there and they left him a small bottle of fizz and chocolates which was such a thoughtful touch. The reception staff were great and really helpful....

"Very nice hotel, luxurious, new, great looking modern place and great breakfast. Pool areas looked great but it was too cold to test unfortunately. Rooftop bar looked really nice too. Room seemed to be on a childs sprint track even after 9pm. Avoid these ground floor rooms if you can, between the old and new buildings. 018"

"What a great break we had at this hotel, fantastic location and amenities. Their Staff however are their jewel in the crown. Nothing was to much bother, they were always smiling and attentive. Ricardo on the foyer bar was a very professional bar man. We attended the New Year’s Day lunch which was amazing, a special thanks to Alba. What a star, brilliant. I highly recommend this hotel in every way. And we will be going back in a couple of months."

"I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"Nice hotel in very convenient location - short walk from the beach and loads of shops, bars and rstaurants nearby - easy 15 minute walk to the old town. Room was quite spacious with a very nice balcony. The buffet restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"the breakfast buffet was excellent but the hot dinner buffet was not good at all,not enough meat and fish dishes food was not hot enough and no green vegetables except salad.It was also expensive at 25.euros.However the food in the restaurant was good although I would have liked some vegetables with my salmon.Xmas Eve Buffet was very good,. so they need to improve dinner buffet but I loved the hotel and would go back again and would recommend it to anyone.."
