The room was small but nice enough. Kinda loud from both noise inside the hotel and out. Firepit didn't work. Only one or two elevators worked. Only one staff member working on a busy night. But the worst part was charging more than the website listed for a pet fee.

First night: Couldn't give me the room I booked. Second night: Got the right room, toilet was broken. Their Coffee is absolute crap and their "breakfast" was inedible. The staff was nice enough though and the place was pretty clean.
