Our stay was terrible. We had to evacuate two days in from our seven day stay because of a fire marshal ordinance. The front desk was unresponsive and tried to open our door when we communicated that we would meet them at the front desk. Once we got to the front desk to check out it took a while 15 min for someone to help us and it felt like an inconvenience for them. There were a few homeless people that would hang out in the lobby or in the hallways overnight. Being that it was freezing outside I could not blame them.

I would like to first of all state that I would stay here again. The service was wonderful. The room was very clean however there were some minor issues. The shower in the bathroom looks like it needs a little bit of maintenance. The shower head was a little loose and spraying water on the wall. I was able to tighten it so it didn't do that anymore but someone needs to look at that.
