Wonderful city oasis
We were really impressed with the location and accommodations! We cruise every year and want our family to stay together the night before. This has been by far the best location and can't wait to come back next year! Clean, quiet and the pond has fish and turtles in it, fun for the whole family!

This house was a beautiful place to stay. One part.of the house had 3 large bedrooms and the guest house had 2 bedrooms. Really close to Port parking so made it a great place to stay before cruising.

Exactly what we were looking for for our group of nine the night before our cruise. We were from, TX, KS, OK, KY and AL. Being all together let us start our vacation a day early. We had a group of 11 that stayed one night prior to a cruise. the property is beautiful and so peaceful to just sit outside and relax and visit. The home was just perfect for our group. The host was very responsive. My only suggestion is to get some new pillows. All in all a good stay and we would definitely book this again.

Cocoa Beach stay
This property was great!! The kids loved the kayaks and had a wonderful time exploring the property. It was spotless and was perfect for our large group. There was privacy among the groups as well. We had three families with young children and we couldn't have found anything that fit better. We would love to come again!!

Such a great property for a large group
Such a great outdoor space with plenty of room to spread out. Unique layout but had 5 dedicated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out of two individual houses (main house and guest house). Easy to communicate with owner. Great experience.

The property was set back on semi long drive. Wondered if we were on the wrong road.
What would have been a detached garage was made in to a room with kitchen & bath. Another room with only a day bed. The main house is well maintained and clean.

Rory was great. Very accommodating. He was gracious enough to allow us an overnight stay after we came from a cruise. We didn’t want to drive back home to Maryland immediately so he said yes to a one nighter. The place was roomy enough for the 10 of us. Nice home and kudos to the host!

Peaceful location, lots of room
We had a nice time spending three nights with my three daughters, spouses, and the grandchildren. Somethings are great: kitchen, patio area, the garage that was converted to a small separate apartment. Large Jacuzzi tub. It does need some maintenance done however, the hide a bed in the living room is not functional, the shower curtains are in bad need of replacement, some deeper cleaning such as baseboards, tossing broken nets etc. I did find some issues but the owner was good at responding.

Very Nice Stay
We planned this stay a few days before our cruise because it had the room that we needed for my family and conveniently located to the port. The rental was difficult to find the first night because it was storming and rainy and there were no lights guiding us to the correct house. We did find it and we had most everything we needed for our two night stay. I did have an issue and Rory was very responsive and came quickly to check on us. He also resupplied us with some dish and laundry soap when I informed him it was low. The rental was clean and we enjoyed our time there. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and not far from shopping and restaurants. I would choose to stay here again because of the location and the care and concern our host showed us! Thank you!

Great Location, Nature-Lover Paradise
This property was perfect for our nature-enthusiast son who was well entertained by the pond (fishing/kayaking) and surrounding private grounds. The large patio allowed us to enjoy the outdoors for most meals. The location of the property was perfect for our activities - 10 minutes to KSC, peaceful Kings Park right down the road (nice walking trails), and Manatee Cove Park 5 minutes away. Close to Publix Grocery Store, Target, Wal-Mart, Dollar General all within 15 minutes. We only used the main house (three bedrooms), but be aware other rooms are detached (must go outside to access). This could be an advantage if traveling with multiple families or in-laws. Plenty of towels provided, house was clean, washer/dryer worked well, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. If our travels bring us back to this area we will rent again. Thank you for a great week!
