"Need new beds , terrible nights sleep very hard, pillow hard. Restraint freezing staff said she didn’t feel cold as busy. Sausage and mash tasteless. Fish and chips not cooked ,very upsetting as stayed in quite a few holiday inns and alway had a great experience,"

"Friendly staff and well equipped - has a decent on-site restaurant and all the facilities of a spa resort that you'd expect. On the downside, the room is a bit dated and the carpet was a bit gross"

"This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we weren't disappointed as everything was as we remembered it. We had a better room this time which was bigger and with a better outlook. The only downside was that it was Christmas party time with two groups in celebrating. The Hotel did apologise in advance and it was only for one night. We eat in the hotel and the food was excellent and keenly priced. The staff were always helpful and happy to serve us."

"This hotel is huge. The main foyer is brand new and gorgeous with bar, restaurant and swimming facilities. The rest of the hotel is a bit older. The room is an okay place to stay. The sheets are clean and the bathroom usable. But the floors did feel perpetually dirty underfoot. It's worth the money to stay and I enjoyed the experience. "
