"When we checked in the young man was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean. I really liked the shower! The lady day we went to breakfast at 7:30 (opened at 7) and everything was almost gone —they had a bus tour there but we were disappointed that morning. The other mornings it was fine with a big selection. Good location for taking the tram into Venice. "

"It was cozy property well maintained. Elena was very nice and friendly we have good communication all the time with her. Unfortunately we struggle with the WiFi connection probably due the storm during the day. I think that the bathroom needs a shower caddy. Overall it was a great place for a few nights for 2 people."
