"We loved how clean and easily accessible the hotel was to the town and the train. Prefect for a weekend get away to ski. I would skip the breakfast ( though the bread was great) and go to the Coop as we had a small kitchen in the room. Plus there are some nice cafe's in town for food or small treats in the morning. A bit of a walk to the ski lifts so I would take a bus or other shoes and change. Staff were nice. Would stay here again."

"There is a large covered outside dining areas which is beautiful to sit out on even in the rain. The only deficiencies I found were there is no lift (if you have heavy suitcases) and there was nowhere in the shower to put your shampoo/body wash. "

"This was a lovely hotel in magical Leukerbad. When we were there, it was decorated for Christmas, which made for a warm, cozy atmosphere. The views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future!"

"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up!
