I want to give him three stars Cause I asked for 2 extra towels And they would only give us one, that's their policy Hotels go Through?, hundreds of towels every day that need to be washed Policy was upsetting.We needed an extra 2 Towle's Poor treatment of a customer That was there a 8 days

The check in and check out was fast, but it would be an asset if the staff spoke a little more english. The air conditioning was great, the neighborhood seems very safe. But can be noisy when the nightlife starts. And the neighboring rooms were very noisy. Which made a few nights difficult to sleep. All in all for a few nights rest, it was very clean and well managed!

La atencion de recepcion excelente apoyo del sr. Rene, Rosio y Gregorio pero estan cobrando para 4 personas 2 camas y solo una es cama la otra es sofa pero esta en pésimas condiciones tuvimos que turnanrnos en la cama para descansar la espalda uno sabe si pagas o no un servicio pero no que cobren algo que es mentira.

The place feels very worn out and old. The kitchen has no pans and cooking utensils; not even towels or dish soap. The room we were assigned faced the street and was very noisy. You can hear the thumping of the music from several of the bars and restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning. The location was excellent. Close to the Angel and everything was accessible. But I will not stay there again.
