This is the rare Miami Beach apartment where the inside looks somewhat like the photos. Don't get me wrong, there are some inconsistencies, like that the couch has definitely changed to a smaller model since the photo was taken. There's almost no noise insulation inside the apartment, so be prepared for that. If someone's in the bathroom, you can hear everything. Each bedroom can be heard from the other. The shower has terrible venting, the bathmat is just constantly wet. Kitchen amenities were great, though a blender would be a nice addition.

We were denied the use of the apartment. The manager tried to up sell us on arrival using the excuse that we were more senior in age and that others staying there were loud party people. It was by far my worst experience with Expedia and I will be requesting my credit card company to dispute the charges given that the manager refused to give us the keys to the apartment when it was paid in full.
