Horror. Stay away. As soon as we entered the room in their oldest building, with unpleasant smells at all, basic things were missing, such as a kettle for hot water, no coffee and other things, not even a microwave. And this is clearly stated in the items that this hotel has. We called the reception and the first thing they said was that they don't have them, after we said that we wouldn't stay without these basic products, they said we'd check!. After more than an hour of waiting, they moved us to the newer building, where there was a microwave, -even though a few minutes earlier they had said there wasn't one at all- and when we got there we understood why they didn't have things. The building is under renovation. Noise of trucks coming and going, working all day, it was impossible to rest during the day. Once when we wanted to leave, a truck blocked us for over 20 minutes, they didn't even know where the driver was. I would have canceled on the first day but it said that I wouldn't get my money back. We had to stay. What bothers me the most about the whole story is that they don't tell you that the place is under renovation, and they didn't try to make any effort to accommodate us. Stay away.

I booked under best western on the bay when in fact it is now called something else! Don’t appreciate paying fifteen dollars to park my car overnight when i am paying for a night at the hotel ! Front desk staff didn’t care I was upset and kept insisting I didn’t book under best western ! I have the email from Expedia. I would not stay here again ever! Best western didn’t make us pay.

The property was fine. The weird part was walking in to see some guy touching his junk while talking to the guy at the front desk. Check-in was normal but a little awkward because of that little detail. It’s an older hotel, so some things are gonna make noise. It was perfect for what I needed. I’d still come back.

Booked a single king bed. Was given two twin beds. Didn’t complain as we didn’t spend much time in the room, so that’s slightly on me. Easy parking when the restaurant under the hotel wasn’t busy. Views of the bay were great and the restaurant under the hotel was lively and the food was good. I did notice some recurring bugs in the room as well. If that doesn’t bother you I’d say it wasn’t a bug deal and it was worth the stay.

The front desk supervisor was the most Unprofessional supervisor i have yet to encounter. Extremely unknowable and Lazy. He really make the hotel look bad. Customer service if Extremely important in the hospitality industry. Please train your staff.....
