The property had some challenges during my stay. I noticed an unpleasant smell that affected my experience. However, I appreciate the prompt response from the front desk after I reported it; the air quality in the hotel elevator, hallways, and my room improved significantly the next day. While my overall stay was satisfactory, I found the rooms to be somewhat outdated and in need of a deeper cleaning. Additionally, I did come across a dead roach on the bathroom wall, which was concerning. With some improvements in cleanliness and updates to the decor, this hotel could enhance the guest experience considerably.

Vey dirty and facilities are not well maintained. Smoke smell all around the building and inside the rooms. Hallway dirty and and garbage left all over. No room service available for two weeks. No lobby after hours. Very bad experience.
