They dint charged me correctly for early check in. The room had a moldy smell, the carpet and matress was dirty, we spend only one night before our flight so we sucket it up, but we wouldn't had stayed if it was more than that 1 night. Pool are dirty and ful of mold, mold in the shower as well.

Price was fair for a short sleep between flights. Be aware: the shuttle stops at 11pm so you’ll need a $10 Uber - not evident on the property description. Room was really nice - need instructions posted for the electric blinds. Breakfast is super expensive.

My mom, young daughter and I booked a double queen room months in advance for the taylor swift eras tour. Our flight landed at 5pm, so we did not get to the hotel until close to 6pm. When we went to check in, we were told our room wouldn't be ready until 9pm. They put us in a king size room and told us not to unpack as we would be getting moved to a different room shortly. We went to dinner and came back to a very rude "your room is not ready" comment the moment we entered the lobby. About 30 minutes later, my mom went downstairs to get some fresh air to be told again, very rudely, that the room was still not ready. My mom didn't say a word to her but was still told this. After traveling since 3am and with a young daughter, and it now being 945pm, I contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel. Not even 2 minutes later, our phone rang and we were told to come get our keys. When we loaded our stuff back down to the lobby, now almost 10pm, the keys were shoved into my hand with not one word said. I will never stay at this property again. $700 for two nights booked months in advance to be pushed around like this. 0/5 do not recommend.

The only issue in this hotel is easy to listen the person in the next room, poor isolation on it.

Shuttle was extremely late, we waited 45 mins and it only appeared after our second call which isnt surprising after arriving and watching the shuttle driver stand around, talk to other staff and snack. Server at restaurant seemed bother by our big party, provide sub par service and had an attitude when we asked for check to be split by couple instead of one check. Bathroom is right as uou walk in which was weird but room was clean.
