"It is in a great location. We had no troubles at all whilst there. Staff friendly and prompt when we asked for help. We had a lovely room and big enough for 2 adults. Great shower. I did not notice the traffic noise outside. The buffet could be spaced out a bit more, it can get cramped when a lot of people are up getting food and coffee all at once. Maybe a bigger bar fridge in the room would be great, u can not put much in it. We will come back and stay again for our next visit. "

Only thing to note is if you are coming on the airport train to Causeway bay, there is a bit of a walk at Hong Kong station / Central to transfer to the island line. Otherwise hotel is great. "It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway."
