"Before my visit, I was confirmed to have an upgraded room on the top floor. However, upon arrival, there was no record of this in the system, and I was instead placed on the second floor. Additionally, I was assured that my credit card for incidental charges would not be used for the room payment, as they would charge the card I used to book the room.
