"Great hotel in a really good location right by the train station and only 10-15 minutes walk to the castle. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. The onsen was really nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again"

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."
