Great location in the heart of Milan; a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. I read the comments about mosquitoes in the room in certain reviews and I must say it is true. I had room 201 and over a dozen of mosquitoes in my room. Also, it is noisy from the street. There was construction when I stayed at the hotel and it’s a good thing I had my ear caps. Rooms are relatively large (for European standards) and offer a large bathroom. Overall, fair price for the prime location and for spacious rooms.

Our room window was facing the back of El Marques restaurants kitchen which was very noisy til past midnight. The noise was continuous yelling, banging of pots and trash cans. We stayed here 5 nights and every night was the same. We did share this feedback with the male receptionist, but nothing was done.

The first night was a nightmare as the AC was barely working, we couldnt sleep, the reception offered to add a fan, it was ok. Next day they offered us to change the room, AC was working, totally differnt experience.

Overbooked and a real pain to get my money back

I didn't get to stay, shortly before arriving at the hotel I received a call to say there wasn't a room available even though I had pre paid. Lots of time now wasted trying to get my money back.

El hotel está bien decorado y ubicado. Nuestra habitación súper oscura, pero limpia y cómoda. El servicio pesimo, el personal nada amable e incluso despota y antipático. Por el precio que se paga es decepcionante tener el servicio que se recibe. Definitivamente no regresaremos..
