They trashed my belongings. Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs! What made this the most traumatizing accommodation stay for me was the following. We have booked an extra day and cleaning was to take place before my other colleague takes over the room. Before leaving for the airport, I wanted to pop by the apartment to pick up my belongings only to find that it's all gone from the room. Calling the contact person, they said the cleaning person didn't know we had one more night and removed my belongings. A "manager" who doesn't speak any English came by and started looking for my stuff. They found my bag with my clothes, but none of my medications, toiletries, perfume, food supplements that were in the bathroom. They said they usually throw these away. In the trash!!! They found my dressing case with the medications, but none of the other things. It felt like when burglars come into your house and go through your stuff, take things. What kind of daft cretin throws people's personal belongings away without asking the manager. It wasn't a lonely toothbrush sitting on the bathroom sink, it was obvious that there is someone still staying there. To be fair, the place should be ok, but this fiasco made this the most horrifying experience I ever had. I travel quite a lot and have stayed in different places but this one was by far the most traumatizing. Stay away!

Great place to stay for a night, comfortable, quiet, mini kitchen with enough equipment to cook. Check in time is pretty tight; 6-8pm doesn’t allow for much error but the girl who runs the apartment messaged us on WhatsApp then met us out the front.

Nice roomy place in good location
This was a nice place at a great price. Parking is a little tricky but it was Italy and it was free and off the street. Only complaint was the air conditioner which was weak. Hosts were great and the room had everything we needed and more. Location was perfect just across the street from a market and close to Milan and all its tourist spots.

We liked this place. The air conditioner wasn’t work well and rooms were hot. All beds were single bed and that’s not good for couples. The bathroom didn’t have key to lock the door. Overall was nice place to stay.

We enjoyed the feeling of being amongst locals, not tourists, in this city of Rho. The manager of the property was beyond nice, attentive, and always available for any of our needs. We promptly resolved an issue we had with the apartment key. Very professional and friendly! We loved our experience at these apartments.

Overall we were very disappointed with this small residence hotel. While the on call staff member of the hotel, David, was very helpful, pleasant and responsive, the hotel itself was very modest and mediocre. SIGNIFICANTLY OVERPRICED for quality of lodging at $268/night. Would have expected $100/night maximum for such a basic hotel. Room was clean but it was more like a hostel than a hotel or motel. Windows of room overlooked worn out condemned building and parking lot. We were very dissatisfied for this motel given it was so overpriced. We felt taken advantage as foreign travelers.

We stay here twice a year as it's close to the firea, the supermarket over the road is open 24 hours and very convienient. There are also a couple of quiet bars within a short walk making it a good place for us to set up our base when working in Milan. The apartment itself is simple but comfortable and does the trick when a team of 5 or sometimes at a squeeze 6. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We will be booking this each and every time we have to work at fiera milano

Don't expect to get a taxi in the evening. Even when you called to a taxi company a told that it will be in 10 min. Too bad if you luggage, but you'll be better of just ealjung. Make sure to call in advance to arrange the keys pick-up - there is no guardian on the call after 8:00 pm!
