The staff was very kindly and the room very neat. The hotel was very far from the city center. A little bit strange thing was the made who wanted us to leave before hotel's check out time.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very nice. Good choice of breakfast. It's about 25 min drive from Lin airport. So you need a taxi to get to the hotel which cost around 40 euros. The bus is across the street which will take you to metro station, etc. If you get ATM Milano app, you can purchase daily, 3 days or monthly pass only for Milan which gives you access to all the trams, busses and metros. If you are going to the other cities, you can easily take a metro to go to the centra train station. The hotel will also help you as how to get there.

Basic but decent hotel

The external appearance is not great but that changes in reception. The rooms are basic but clean. Good choice of TV channels. Very good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Hotel

Great hotel. Little far from the city, but we’ll connected. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to the metro in like 5 mins, and within 15 mins of the metro ride you’re in city center. We got a free upgrade to the top floor executive rooms. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need in a hotel room. For the price they offer, this hotel is definitely a top choice for Milan.

Alga, good enough

The hotel is a outside Milano, but thanks to metro and bus it' s no issue. Pizza resturant on the other side of the street might save you of you get hungry late one evening.

The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff was a highlight - thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and went our o their way to make sure we were taken care of. Breakfasts were great with bartender ready to make us fresh cappuccinos. One day we weren't feeling well and they made sure we had food. So kind. would definitely recommend. public transport to metro across the street.
