Lovely stay in Milan
Lovely welcome. Nice room. A/C didn’t seem to work but temperature was at 23.5 and so a bit too warm to sleep. Staff very helpful. Told us how to get to main sights and best way to visit Lake Como. Breakfast was very nice indeed. Metro straight from airport to a minute away from the hotel.

It was good in general, easy to commute by public transportation to the city center. Staff was very nice and friendly, especial thanks to Anita from the breakfast lounge, she was very kind. My room was very dark, that is the only comment I have. It would be nice to have open windows.

Didn't have room service that I knew off An okay hotel but charged me €125 per night, which is not a very good price for what was offered. Rooms are okay, some light bulbs don't work but it's clean. The area is far and a bit bland, as the hotel, which although bland, was decent enough.
