Napoleon Hotel was a real gem. Exellent staff with helpful and friendly approach to guests and well maintained property that looks and feels much newer than it is. A great location, close to bars, restaurants and metro. Ten out of ten!

Location was very close to the red line metro station Lima which was great for getting around. Only 4 stops from duomo and other places also close by. Reception staff Rosa was so helpful in advising where to go etc and she also arranged our tickets to the serraville outlet. Also arranged for breakfast on the day we were leaving in the lobby area as we were leaving before breakfast commenced, The sewerage smell in the room was bad everytime the taps and flush were used. We had a suite but due to the hotel having limited staff, had to keep the sofa bed open all the time which was not ideal as kept coming in the way. Also very less storage space for a suite room

BREAKFAST. Outstanding. The service, selection and friendly atmosphere is the best we have received for breakfast during our trip. The Hotel itself is impeccably clean and very close to a Metro station, which made getting around so easy. All in all a GREAT experience. The front desk staff were also very helpful, cordial and tended to our every need.

Nice hotel in Milan that is steps away from the Metro. Overall a nice hotel, but there was problems with the bathroom, where the towel heating rack would not turn off, and there was no hot water in the morning.

The room was clean, staff very helpful. Location was very good. There’s no AC after October 25 due to govt regulations, you open windows to cool off, Mrs. Mosquito and her friends come in without any invitation. Staff offered a fan. Otherwise it was good.

This property is located in one of the hidden gems of Milano: a quiet, green, unknown, small street. The street is abundant in food and drink options, both indoor and outdoor. The hotel is 2 min walk away from Lima metro station. The rooms are quite small but this downside is compensated by a great service. The reception guy, Gabi, even went to the great length of preparing us a packed breakfast as we were leaving the hotel early in the morning, well before the breakfast was served. He did it even though the hotel had no procedure defined for such cases. Overall, a great stay!

No Air conditioning
Only issue is there were no Aircon on the first day but a fan was sent. When it was eventually turned on the next day, it was again turned off in the middle of the night the next evening and kept off until I checked out.....travelers should be notified before hand if such is happening as hotel facilities clearly state there AC available! Otherwise, staff was very polite and professional.

2 nights without heating systems and no electric heating provided. I took a cold shower in November! And no one warned about the problem before. After my complaint, receptionist provided a blanket. Some hairs in the bidet and a ripped towel in the bathroom. However, the lack of communciation about heating problem was very disappointing even if personnel was kind after my complaint. The worst experience in Milan.

Property is in a decent location. Plenty restaurants and shops around. Hotel, however wasn’t as good as it looked on pics. Upon arrival we found sheets ripped with holes and stains. Curtain was stained as well. We stayed for few nights and noticed sheets weren't even changed when we came back the following day. Walls between the room were thin, we could hear someone laugh and yell all night like he was next to me. Overall room was very small. I am 6’3” and Bed was small, my feet were hanging down, it definitely wasn't king size. Two small twin beds put together. Room is very small, you have about a foot or two to walk around the bed, I kept hitting myself on the sharp edge of the wall every time i was changing. Bathroom glass door was very small. Barely got in sideways. I am 250 lbs and I feel that bigger fellas wont be able to get inside the shower as the glass door is only about 12-15” wide. I would not recommend this hotel or this room.

Jeg besøger det aldrig igen.
Jeg havde lejet en parkeringsplads på hotellet og der var indbrud i min bil. Det kan hotellet naturligvis ikke gøre noget ved. Men hotellet vælger at fortælle mig det fem timer efter at de selv ved det og tilbyder mig derefter absolut ingen hjælp. Ingen leder vil snakke med mig, receptionister kan ikke noget som helst. Jeg havde brug for hjælp til at få repareret ruden, men ingen ville eller kunne noget. Hotellet er i og for sig rigtig fint. God placering, rent, pænt, god morgenmad. Men i nødsituationer, når man er i et fremmed land, så ønsker man at 24/7 receptionen kan hjælpe. Her var der ABSOLUT ingen hjælp at hente. Jeg vil aldrig besøge det her hotel igen.
