Primeira noite não conseguimos dormir porque haviam pessoas fumando no corredor e falando alto até as 3 da madrugada. Tivemos que dormir de janela aberta para não morrermos asfixiados. Também estranhei quando na recepção pediram um cartão de crédito para um calção na estadia que eu já havia pago e anotaram os dados do mesmo. E adivinhem, dois dias após o check-out do hotel descobri várias transações em meu cartão.

部屋は清潔で清掃も行き届いていた。 水回りが弱く、トイレは流れない シャワーは水圧が低く、熱い湯が出ないため 体が温まらず、 シャワー後に急いで部屋に戻らないとならない。 一番残念だったのが朝食で 3日間泊まりましたが全て前日の残りもの。 焼き立てのパンなど無く、ハムやチーズも パサパサ。 受付スタッフが男女共に明るく爽やかで そこだけが良かった。

まずトイレから異様な臭いがする。気分が悪くなるほど。あとチェックアウト時、市税、ミニバー とは別の不明な金額(14€)を請求されました。聞いてもまともに説明もしてくれずすごく不愉快な気分になりました。2度と利用する事はないでしょう。

宿泊客のマナーが悪い
廊下や同じフロアの音が筒抜けで、宿泊した日は、若い学生のような男の子の集団が、友達の部屋と自分の部屋を行ったり来たりしてドアをバタンバタンと開け閉めし、大声で騒いでいた。フロントには4回電話をし、本人達にも直接静かにして欲しいと伝えたが、 騒ぎは夜中まで続いた。 立地も良く、中央駅周辺では値段も手頃だが、宿泊客のマナーは悪い。 シャワーのお湯も熱いお湯が出ず、残念だった。

Bad hotel service and moldy smelling rooms
That was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. As we entered the hotel, the staff did the check in and asked us for our credit card as we booked the room on the same day. She took the credit card and looked at it very carefully and checked even the back side of it - where the CVV number stands. Out of security reasons - NO ONE should do this! Then she said that we have to give as a deposit either our passports or 50€. We gave her the 50€ and we told her that we have to check out very early due to our flights. Also when we entered the room, it was heavily smelling after mold!!! So later on when we checked out the other colleague of the night shift first didn't want to give us our deposit money back because his colleague didn't give us any bill neither wrote anything down that we GAVE her the 50€. After discussing at 3am with the staff he had to call her and she LUCKILY picked up and somehow he solved it. Definitely not recommending this hotel at all. We never experienced such a bad behavior and bad service.
