They offered us coffee and beverages while we were waiting for our room. The room was clean with a great view. They also sent us a cute little welcoming gift since my daughter and I were celebrating our time together. The staff helped us with restaurant reservations as well. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the Duomo. Highly recommend. "
