"When i arrived i was told to go to a queue on the outside because there were 4 desks open. I then had a couple shout at me because they had been waiting. I tried to explain that i was doing as I'd been told. The staf didn't stick up for me and another man pushed past too. I was travelling as a lone female who is already traumatised and needed to get away. I could have broken down then and there in reception. I feel that staff could have been kinder and more helpful. "

"The general ambience of the hotel is very calm and pleasant. But it lacks attention to detail. Replenishment of the coffee was a bit lax. Decaf coffee pods replaced by normal and i’m not allowed to drink caffeine! The bed springs were sticking through and the hotel needs a refurbishment. The restaurant is okay fo breakfast but not for an evening meal. My big gripe is that management couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my concerns It’s convenient and staff try hard but … "

"Always stay here as the service is the best in MK! Had no clue you had to pre-book the carpark now as its a change of management. Having downloaded the app and tried to book the parking, it was fully booked! Note for next time. Also could have displayed it on the hotels.com website so customers are aware prior to travelling by car. "

"Great hotel and friendly staff. I want to thank particularly the chef. At breakfast he offered halal chicken sausages using his own initiative. He was a black guy and would specifically say thank you to him. It was very kind gesture. Will definitely be staying again in the near future. "
