Ideal for 6 people, this pleasant 2-star duplex is located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator.
It includes a living room with ocean view, an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, microwave ...), a hallway with cupboard and washing machine, a bedroom with a 90cm trundle bed (2 people), a separate toilet. Upstairs a large bedroom with a 140cm bed, a small relaxation area, a dressing room and a bathroom.
A balcony with its blind awaits you for magnificent sunsets facing the ocean.
Finally, you will have a private parking space in a secure car park.

Très déçu malgré un super emplacement
Literie très moyenne (2 matelas superposés sur un sommier à lattes). Douche très exiguë et sans lumière. Menuiseries extérieures en mauvais état (sifflement du vent...) Pas d'aération possible à l'étage (chaleur...) hormis un Vélux poussif. Réfrigérateur dont la partie freezer est bouchée par le givre. Store banne en panne sur le balcon plein sud (soit grosse chaleur soit volet roulant fermé dans l'après midi!). Banquette étage en très mauvais état. En résumé emplacement super, mais gâché par un aménagement du logement qui laisse beaucoup à désirer.
