Staff are friendly & always happy to help & answer any questions! Rooms a decently sized & clean, love that coffee & cold water machine daily (24hrs) is always available plus laundry mat inside with coin change machine. "Hotel Nikko Osaka was a great choice for our stay! Being directly connected to the train station made getting around the city incredibly easy and stress-free. The breakfast was also convenient, with a nice variety of options—including a solid Western-style breakfast. Our room was a good size, especially by Japan standards, and very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience in a clean, well-located hotel. Would definitely stay again!"

It’s a few minutes away from the stations super close to a few convenience stores. And also walkable distance to tourist destinations. I would highly recommend starting here "

"Our family (2 adults, 8yr old son) stayed in a private 2 double bed room for 6 nights in March 2025. We were extremely happy with our experience. The room was very spacious and the bathroom/shower rooms were wonderful. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to small families. There is a shared lounge and kitchen which we utilized to cook additional veggies as we found it lacking when eating out. There are two induction ranges and pots of water come to boil very quickly....

"A good capsule hotel with an excellent Spa Area. Honestly the Spa Area alone makes it already worth it. There are some spots here and there that could be cleaned but as a capsule hotel, its in pretty good shape. Only bothersome part is needing to check out each day at 10am for consecutive stays for cleaning, but it's also not the worst and can be ignored if for a big premium that is."
