"Very easy access to Namba station, with plenty of underground shopping and dining options and walkable to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is new. The receptionist helped me with finding a clinic for my family member who fell ill during our trip. She was really commendable. The hotel staff are all friendly. Our family room size was good enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens, the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Would stay here again if visiting Osaka"

Free water, tea and coffee in the lobby was a plus. If we requested towels and limited cleaning they came. No issues with the stay at all. Very walkable and close to the metro. We also utilized the luggage transfer service and it was super easy thanks to the staff! "

"Overall, this hotel is pretty cool! Great art concept, super friendly staff, great location. Quick walk to the historic area of Kyoto and to shopping and bars. Our carpet in our room was dirty, as was the carpet in the hallway, but nothing spot treatments cant get rid of. Great amenities, like slippers, robes, and toothbrushes. Only major issue we gound was the pillows...they were super uncomfortable and rock hard. Would consider this place again, shpuld we visit Kyoto again! "
