Great location, right near Dotonbori. Right along Namba eatery and Namba walk. Only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet kind of stunk and made a lot of noise.

It’s near to everything. My only dislike is the sorrounding now coz alot of people are smoking everywhere unlike before that there’s a designated smoking area.

Location is fantastic, but the hotel, from all the hotels we stayed during the vacations it was low standard . We ask for breakfast, and there wasn’t. The hotel has to be updated. Beds were not as comfortable as expected. Expedia sells it up to 6 persons, and no way. There are 3 single beds and one sofa. So max 4. As said the best part is the location, just go outside and enjoy Osaka.

Convenient spot close to dining, shopping, quiet, spacious room, though it had and old room smell, had to leave AC and air purifier for a while for it to go away, all in all a great spot to choose when Dotonbori is in your itinerary, I travelled with my wife and 3 kids and this hotel offers a lot of convenience due to location

Car is not accessible to the hotel to dropped off the luggage. There’s no carpark nearby, need to walk a distance with 2 big luggage.

Hotel has a terrible smell and staffs are not helpful, I got charged extra ¥6000 from original booking fees.

Staff are very nice, and the hotel is clear. Great location in Namba Osaka area, very close to market place & subway within walking distance, tasting variety of Japanese food options around, shopping & entertainment near by, and travelling within Osaka area including Osaka Castle, (or Kyoto). All you need to studying the subway line, how to access and travel between the hotel and the designation. Happy, enjoy, nice place, convenience. Will come back!

Room was for family of 4, but only had 3 single beds. Carpet needs replacing, looks dirty... Got a free pass for some drinks & snacks at function room, but smelled really bad so we didn't use it. Hotel is in a great location, lots of options for food, drinks, shopping & sight seeing in the area. Has potential, but needs a bit of a do up.
