Front desk was not flexible to adjust for an extra bed. They never mentioned that before the payment that gratuities were not part of the credits I received. We checked in late at 11pm and checked out early by 9.30am. In such a short time the someone have to come to room to fix the lights behind the bed which were not turning off.

The smell of cigarette smoke seemed to linger everywhere—not just in the casino but in our bedroom, the hallways, and nearly every corner we visited, leaving me with a slight headache. While the Club Lounge staff were friendly, their service was nothing remarkable. The food they provided was marginally better than the breakfasts offered at roadside motels during our travels—and that’s saying something.
