"I was not aware that each vehicle would be charged $15 a night to park. When we checked in, i was given 2 parking passes. I thought they were included in the room. After I checked out the chages were on my card. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean overall and the staff was really friendly as we came and went for the day. The only negative thing I have to say is that upon check-in we had discussed how we were going to need to split payment for the room at check-out and had been informed that it wouldnt be a problem at all. When we did check out, my card had already been charged before we got down to the desk to take care of payment, which was unusual from my experience as it was, and...

"We really enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave! The place had all of the mentioned amenities plus more. We loved all of the books and games. The bed was super comfortable. It was nice to have designated parking and the neighborhood was very walkable to nearby restaurants and parks. Our host Alison was quick to respond to our questions, and was kind and friendly. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"It was a mini apartment. Very clean and comfortable. I also felt very safe there (downtown Minneapolis can be a little sketch) as keycard was required to enter lobby and to use elevator. Amazing place to stay!"
