Microwave didn’t work in the room. Front desk staff was nit helpful and didn’t seem to care much. My daughter fell in the slippery entry way and the front desk staff just said, “oh” no apology, didn’t check on her- very poor customer service.

The stay was very good for price but check out is 11, you have do not disturb on the door, but housekeeping knocks at 8 and again at 9 anyway. Please respect that guest have until 11 to check out , and they like yo relax for a bit in the morning without being disturbed. A bit rude

The room next to me is a prostitution and I did complain about the noisy, they ignore me and drive me crazy, I reall want to call police beside the noise they make they slam the door so hard everyday

Convenient location and was decently priced Could use another waffle maker as the line was absurd (a single guest making 6 for who ever they were with while a long line had to stand and wait) the other hot food option ran out quickly. Lots of loud guests(both adults and kids) yelling and running in the halls after 9pm and before 8am
