"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very convenient as we could walk less than five minutes from the train station. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. "The owners and staff were very warm and welcoming. However, the structure was old and a little tired looking. Our sleeping room only had one electrical outlet with a lamp plugged into it. This made charging our iPhones and tablets difficult. Also, the one larger onsen was never available during our 4 day stay. "Came here with my husband and mother. A little sad that there was no view surrounding this ryokan. Unlike the ones I stayed in while I was in Hakone and Sapporo.
