Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the only issue was when we arrived, we arrived earlier than the check in time but were not given access to the WiFi until 2.00pm, the hotel was already paid for in advance, so we found this extremely annoying "

"I have stayed a number of times, mainly for the relatively short distance to the airport but also the nice Juhu Beach. The rooms are well fitted out, although the lighting is complicated! The only issue was that my room was on the main road and a little noisey from the traffic. Other rooms are better. The staff are very welcoming and the food very good indeed."
