Entering the home, guests are greeted by an airy and bright living and dining area. The living room features a large flat screen TV and high-end furnishings. Easily accessible from the living room, the dining area can accommodate up to 14 of your closest family and friends. Even better, the stunning gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly around the corner. Family meals are a breeze with all the necessities you would find at home. Swing open the French doors when dinner is done, there's direct access to a backyard paradise. Enjoy the spacious back patio and 12 x 30 pool with LED lights, perfect for a night swim. The shallow entry area is less than one foot deep and perfect to lounge or let the little ones splash and play. The uncrowded pool deck also has direct access to a restroom for easy access from outside. The patio stretches the entire width of the home, giving you ample space for festivities and grilling. When the stars come out, relax in the lounge chairs after enjoying a day on our famous snow-white beaches. For sleeping arrangements, the first floor is complete with a Queen Suite and private bathroom.

On the second floor, you will find two King Suites with private baths. One king suite even has a bonus room attached, perfect for small kids with a set of twin/twin bunks. All the bedrooms include flat screen TV’s and top of the line bedding. Get the most out of your sleep after a long day in the Florida sun!

The third floor is all about kids, not excluding your inner child. The media room includes a 50” TV, DVD, and XBOX with games. Included in this kid’s den is a queen bed and twin daybed, creating a 5th sleep space, although please note there is no door in this area. The kids will also love the charming, fort-like bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, all with their own well lit privacy areas.

The Frangista Beach neighborhood mostly consists of large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400-yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Happy Go Lucky also have access to the large community pool, which is directly across the street with convenient restroom facilities. This home is within walking distance of beach access, shopping, and dining.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Complimentary Beach Service is offered for our Summer & Fall Season! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm from March 1-November 30!  * Set up daily starting the day after arrival * *BEACH ACCESS: Guests use Miami Street access and have Access to the Community Pool.

Golf Cart Rentals:Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.  No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception to family vacations.*

* HOA REGULATIONS: No pets allowed on any beaches, No tents or canopies allowed on private beach, no RV, trailer or camper parking allowed in the community.

* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: Not Permitted Per HOA
