BRAND NEW 2024 6 passenger GOLF CART! Lake views! 3 Minutes to BEACH!

As soon as you enter the private courtyard, with its new brick pavers, you know something good is behind the front door. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home looks like a designer show house - from the engineered wood flooring to the chocolate glazed kitchen cabinets with shiny subway tile back splash. It is beautifully renovated and is conveyed with all of the furnishings . The open floorplan allows for easy entertainment and conversation whether you are in the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating to watch the 60'' flat screen television with WiFi and enjoy the wet bar with wine refrigerator. Add to all of this the rear brick paved patio overlooking an expansive lake view and this Beachwalk has it all! The second floor has new carpet throughout with two spacious bedrooms with renovated suite baths; and convenient upstairs laundry.

Upgrades to this remarkable unit include granite counter tops, updated cabinets, custom lighting, remodeled bathrooms including tile floors, and designer decor! 

Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio that overlooks Horseshoe Lake, which are only steps away from the back of the villa. The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a short walk from the villa.
The family room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress! The back patio which includes a BBQ for grilling and plenty of seating to take in the view. There is also a conveniently located half bathroom downstairs.

There is an enclosed front court yard. Make sure to bring your fishing rods for some fishing at Horsheshoe Lake.  
The master suite is sizable with a KING size MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. There is also a 40" flat screen T.V.
The 2nd bedroom has a KING mattress with a 36" flat screen .The full bath in this bedroom also as a shower/ tub combo. The stack-able washer and dryer is located between the 2 bedrooms to help dry your beach towels.
When you’re not relaxing in the villa, you are close to everything. There is, of course, the beautiful beach, as well as plenty of shopping and dining spots right at your finger tips, nature trails, tennis, world class golf, spa, water activities and entertainment for the kids. There’s something for everyone of all ages from family movies & concerts on the “green” at Baytowne Wharf to a night life of dancing and adult fun (live bands every night).

Best vacation ever!
We loved everything about our stay. We were at the beach a lot and enjoyed it was only a short cart ride. The cart was wonderful. We had so much fun going around to different spots. One day was golf - course wasn’t in great condition but still a fun time. Wonderful communication with our many questions! Place was cozy and had everything we needed. We have already started planning another trip back !

Excellent communication, great stay overall.
The check In was simple and straight forward. The house had pretty much anything you would need. The kitchen was stocked with everything pretty much needed to bake or cook a full meal. Everything was clean as well as the owner was very nice and answered any questions or concerns quickly. House is close to beach with a quick drive in the golf cart as well as close to restaurants.

What I loved about this one is that the you deal directly with the property owner, who takes great pride in providing the best customer service I have seen. You can text or call at any time and he will respond. The townhouse was beautiful and was located in a great location. Will definitely book again in the future!

The location was beautiful, scenery beautiful, house clean & comfortable. The only complains that there were no BASIC amenities like trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, laundry dryer sheets, dish soap, and hangers. We had to go out and buy all of these things. It’s definitely a plus to have a washer and dryer, sink, and refrigerator if you could use them. One other thing that would make this an awesome place to rent besides all of these BASIC amenities is have 2-4 beach chairs and an umbrella in a closet. Most people go to Florida to go to the beach. So this would put it over the top. I’ve stayed at several VRBO places and never had to worry about bringing trash bags, hangers, and soap.

Great Location & Clean Condo
The cond was very nice and convenient to the main drag. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and souvenirs. The beaches were spectacular and very well-kept. the biggest issue for us was the parking. when each couple brought their own vehicle there are not enough spaces for owners/renters due to the number of golf carts. We had to park around the corner most times and lugging stuff back was a huge hassle. We walked to places so as to not lose out a spot in front of our condo. But if parking is not an issue then you will be very happy with this choice.

An excellent stay
My wife and I have stayed in villas, townhomes, cottages, and condos throughout the Sandestin area for the past 15 years. This unit is the closest to PERFECT of any place we have stayed. The location is very convenient to the beach, shopping, golfing, restaurants and many other conveniences. The villa was by far the cleanest unit ever. We didn’t encounter any problems. Kitchen well stocked, appliances near new, HVAC kept unit cool. Very nice size living area, both love soft and 3-seat sofa very comfortable. A large one cushion chair sits in a corner near the large screen TV with Cox Cable service. Owner provides listing of all channels. Both upstairs bedrooms contain king bed, tv, large closet, chests, etc. and private full bathroom. Patio with BBQ grill and table/chairs overlooking lake. Very nice peaceful and quiet setting. Also, a golf cart. Unit is owner/managed. For us, having text and phone access to the owner was great. I called a few times to ask questions. Owner very nice and sincere to help. Will stay again.

Nightmare stay!
Check-in went well, but we noticed the house was not as clean as advertised and had a smell in the kitchen. Next day after we came from the beach, the kitchen was full of blow flies and smelled like a dead animal. His response was nonchalant until the maintenance guy came and found the catch pan under the fridge had spoiled shrimp juice in it. Instead of offering us our money back from buying cleaning material or helping, he offered us to stay a few hours in his condo next door until the place aired out but we would have to leave early because someone was checking in the next morning. Also that night, heavy rain came through and it was pouring through the air vent in the bedroom in the bed and downstairs in the living room. His response to that was "that's on the HOA, its not supposed to leak through that roof". I wouldn't recommend staying at any of his properties because he doesn't care about making your vacation enjoyable.

Disappointing- owner ruined it for me!
We had a good time, despite the heavy thunderstorm daily, but my allergies started bothering me soon after we arrived. I did not think much of it until the owner accused me if having a pet. The smell your cleaning crew reported is from the windows leaking on the carpet! We heard it dripping! He says there is no mold or mildew, but there would be with the rain that they got. I did not appreciate his text accusing me of having a pet. NO! The musty smell is from the rain leaking on your carpets! I would NEVER rent from him again! So disappointed! Hope that they get that fixed. I did not appreciate his attitude and would NEVER rent from him again. He never apologized to me, just accused me of being angry. Yes, you sir made me angry! I hate being accused of something I would not do.
