"Not all the rooms, including ours, have excellent views of the ocean. The photos in the listing give the impression that ocean views are the norm, not the exception. Any room on the 3rd floor or below has a building that effectively blocks most of the ocean view. Our room did have a partial ocean view and, for the most part, was very nice. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. "
