"Everything js always great and amazing there, as well as the front desk ladies, but this time the sink in my room was clogged for the whole week. but other then that amazing hotel."

My room was clean,spacious and comfortable with all the basic amenities like Wi-Fi, toiletries, air conditioning, etc. One of the highlights was mention a positive aspect location, breakfast, pool, service, view. Overall, I would rate my stay 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing,business,family-friendly affordable stay."

"We enjoyed mostly everything and appreciated the welcome we received at check-in. We’re disappointed with the misinformation given to us before booking our reservations. I called twice to confirm your hotel offered shuttle service to SF airport, since it was listed as one of the hotels in the Bay Area. I was told by 2 different employee’s that the shuttle covered 3 airports including SF. We check in and find out it’s not the case, so unfortunately we have to pay $70+ for an Uber. Though it’s a cozy hotel, we wouldn’t have booked a night here if we were given correct information. Please let the answering service know the correct answer, I thought I was speaking to the front desk clerk, not an outside CSR."

"Excellent hotel and location. Elevators can be a bit slow though and no mention of paid parking on Hotels.com page and yes charged for paid parking and lot was never even half full...otherwise Excellent!!"

"this was an old hotel but the remodeled. and kept the charm parking was interesting but they have a valet that is very friendly and helpful the rooms and lobby were great and walking distant to old spaghetti factory this was 5 stars and i would recommend it"
