"Excellent hotel, great value for money and in a good location near central Berlin and 3 mins to the airport train and underground station. Loved the pool which we used most mornings. Rooms very comfortable with good beds and bathroom. Extremely quiet too so great sleep quality. Staff very helpful too! We had a great stay so I highly recommend."

"Very pleased we chose this hotel. The location is excellent - very close to Friedrichstrasse train station and within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Lots of options nearby for dining. The staff were welcoming and friendly and I'd like to say a special thank you to the receptionist who checked us in. On hearing that BA had lost our luggage, she immediately headed off to find us extra slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrushes and toothpaste - an absolute lifesaver. We had opted for an upgraded room (The Level) which gave access to the Executive Lounge at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom had toiletries from Rituals. The Executive Lounge was a nice feature. Every evening we would head there for a glass of wine and a pre-dinner appetiser. These were different each night and very tasty. Even when the lounge was quite busy, it was a chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Staff there were friendly and attentive. Overall, if we ever head back to Berlin, I'd be booking this hotel again and based on our experience, I'll be looking for this brand in other cities too. "

"Great stay. Housekeeping was lacking- never knocked, didn’t replace tissues, coffee or creamer. Had garbage around her cart when she dumped garbage in her cart & missed in the hall . Rest of out stay was wonderful. Hotel lovely, rest of staff top notch, & breakfast outstanding. "

"The hotel staff were very pleasant and very helpful, the room was nice and had a kitchenette that enabled me to not have to eat every meal out. The location is safe and close to Checkpoint Charlie (if you're interested in that). Right now, they are doing excavation right in front of the hotel, which isn't optimal. I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it."
