"hotel upgraded our rooms to double rooms for the 1st nicht stay. the rooms are big and spacious and they are not facing the road side which is quite! indeed, we have another two nights stay on the next day (Fri - Sun) but hotel is unable to arrange the same room for us and we stay back to single room. "This was a very memorable place that I visited. It is in the rural area of japan, you can really feel the realness of the area. It's in gifu however it's definitely not a tourist trap area. The owners of the establishment reminded me of my grandmother. You are not getting a hotle with this stay more of a B&B, it definitely felt like I a was sleeping over a japanese grandma's house. They also gave grate advice on a nice local restaurant at the bottom of a locals Mt that you can hike after to see...
